Privacy Notice
Draft · last updated September 30, 2026
Who we are
This website, tamvel.com, is operated by the founders of TAMVEL ahead of the formation of a legal entity. When the entity is formed, this notice will name it as the data controller. Contact: [privacy contact email].
What we collect
- Pilot requests. Name, work email, company, role, company type, region and any message you choose to send, when you submit the pilot form.
- Abuse prevention. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from automated traffic. We use your IP address transiently for rate limiting.
- Aggregate analytics (if enabled). We may use PostHog configured without cookies or persistent identifiers, with IP capture disabled, to understand which pages are visited. Analytics is disabled entirely when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
- Error monitoring (if enabled). Sentry may receive technical error reports, configured not to send personal data by default.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs to operate and secure the site.
Why we use it
To respond to pilot requests and evaluate potential design partnerships; to protect the site against abuse; and to operate and improve the site. [Legal bases — e.g. legitimate interests and consent — to be confirmed by counsel for each jurisdiction.]
Who receives it
Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), DNS and bot protection (Cloudflare), email delivery [provider], and — if enabled — PostHog and Sentry. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
[Transfer mechanisms to be confirmed by counsel.]
Retention
Pilot requests are kept for [retention period] unless a partnership begins or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact [privacy contact email]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
